Something Different for NYE
Join us for a Szechuan-inspired feast made with the same beautiful ingredients sourced from the farms we always work with.
We'll use every seat in the dining room, including the communal tables and the chef's counter. We have room for a couple of larger groups (up to 10 people) too. You can book a table anytime from 5 to 9:30pm. Hope you can make it!
Day: Sunday, December 31
Price: $70 per person (before 8.5% tax, 5% surcharge and 20% service charge)
What: a Szechuan-inspired feast of 10 dishes, spanning 4 courses
Here's a preview of some of the dishes Chef Chandler is planning:
-scallion pancake, dungeness crab, kung pao, nasturtium
-black trumpet mushroom dumpling, bamboo shoot, lapsang, black truffle
-red celery, yuba burrata, carrot, crispy chickpea, sesame
-dry fried chicken wing, fermented rice wine, szechuan peppercorn, chile de arbol
-smashed cucumber pickles, black vinegar, shaved garlic, lemongrass
-dan dan duck spaghetti, brussels sprout, pickled mustard green, fried soybean
-mapo tofu, ground pork, fermented chili, salted black bean, garum, green onion
-rice cake, savoy cabbage, wild mushroom, black garlic
-tofu panna cotta, ginger syrup
